Restrictions of public spaces
【Important】To prepare for the special viewing seats and to prevent confusion during the fireworks festival, the use of some public spaces in the hotel will be restricted as follows on the day.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
■Date: Saturday, July 26, 2025, 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
■Location: Rooftop Terrace, 13th Floor Terrace, OMO Base (approx. 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM and approx. 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM)

Reservations for accommodation on the day of the Sumida River Fireworks Festival can only be made through the exclusive WEB plans.

*As the viewing conditions vary depending on the room type and floor, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to see the fireworks from your room.
*Reservations are accepted exclusively through the hotel's official website. We do not accept reservations by phone.
*With plans other than the exclusive plans, you will not be able to stay at the hotel or view the fireworks from inside the hotel.
Special fireworks viewing seat
【For Hotel Guests Only】You can view the fireworks at the first venue from the Special Viewing Seats (13th Floor Terrace) You can relax and enjoy the fireworks while seated.
■Price: 9,000 yen per seat
■Capacity: 20 seats
■Included in the price: Seat charge only

*Please note that the number of special viewing seats is limited. Reservations will be closed once the maximum number of seats is reached.
*We do not accept waitlists for cancellations.
Cancellation fees
The Sumida River Fireworks Festival Executive Committee (organizers) will announce whether or not the Sumida River Fireworks Festival will be held.
【Accommodation】
In the unlikely event that the Sumida River Fireworks Festival is canceled, the standard cancellation policy will apply if you cancel your accommodation.
4-21 days prior: 10%
0-3 days prior: 100%
【Special Viewing Seats】
・In case of cancellation due to customer reasons, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows: 1 week to the day before: 50%, on the day: 100%.
・If the Sumida River Fireworks Festival is canceled due to weather conditions, etc., your reservation will be canceled free of charge.
・The Sumida River Fireworks Festival will be considered "held" upon the launch of the first firework at the first venue. Even if the event is interrupted or ends due to sudden changes in weather, etc. during the fireworks display, refunds will not be given.
Scheduled activities
On the day of the Sumida River Fireworks Festival, some activities will not be held due to congestion in the surrounding area and restrictions on the use of public spaces within the hotel.

Access information
Traffic restrictions are expected in the Sumida River and Asakusa areas on the day, which may cause traffic jams and significant congestion.
Please note that our hotel does not have an affiliated parking lot.
Public transportation such as buses and trains may also operate on special schedules.
We recommend that guests staying at the hotel use public transportation and allow plenty of time for sightseeing.
